Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to availability. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.

Reservation Policy

Confirmation of reservation would be given only on receipt of advance.Cancellation charge before
7 days 30% of total charge. After that period this amount is not refundable in any case.

All payments to be remitted in shape of deposit in ICICI Bank Kalimpong Branch in favour of HAVENS HOTELS & RESORTS PVT. LTD A/C No- 098105000011. Cash at the reception counter.
